Ingredients
1cupAll Purpose Flour
1 cupWhole-Wheat Flour
1tbspbaking powder
1/3cupgranulated white sugar
1egg
1cupmilk
1/2cupvegetable or canola oil
1tspvanilla
butter/margarinefor greasing the muffin tin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.Grease a 12 cup muffin tin with the butter/margarine.
Sift flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients: egg, vanilla, oil and milk.
Add wet ingredients + extra flavors to dry ingredients and fold gently.
Spoon mixture evenly into muffin holes.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
